Today the students I teach completed folding and stringing 1000 peace cranes!! They started folding in January after learning that their other teacher had cancer. As they finished, it was so great to know that these cranes of hope were now celebration cranes as the cancer activity is gone. :))) The kids felt really great about their accomplishment. I'm moved by what they've done. :)))
